FairAgora provides help to support the BONSUCRO Standard Production implementation in sugar cane farms in Thailand. The objective of its work is to improve farmers’ engagement towards sustainable sugar sourcing, while empowering and engaging farmers and mills into inclusive business models. The gap analysis of Thai farms production permits a continuous improvement and lead to a success story model, reaching more and more farms to produce sustainable sugar.

Fair Agora monitors social and environmental performances with a new AgTech solution: Verifik8.  Verifik8 has been designed to collect, analyse and monitor data from a selection of Thai farms and mills. It crosschecks data from different sources and it is focused on difficult indicators such as labor rights, soil and water usage, and health & safety on the farm. The farmers get continuous feedback on their practices in addition to be encouraged to improve them with regular trainings.
